Brightpoint family stabilization services in Illinois help parents and caregivers recognize their strengths, navigate challenges and build skills that promote the safety and well-being of the whole family.
OUR PROGRAMS
Intact Family Services
We work with parents and caregivers who have been referred by Illinois Department of Children and Family Services, or DCFS, due to a report of abuse or neglect, linking them to basic resources, education, counseling, health care, emergency assistance and transportation. We are committed to keeping families together whenever it is safe to do so, building relationships based on trust, empathy, responsiveness and respect. Brightpoint family stabilization services in Illinois also help families identify practical next steps, strengthen daily routines and connect with community-based support that can improve safety and stability at home. Our staff work alongside parents and caregivers to build on their strengths, address immediate needs and support long-term family well-being. Through individualized guidance, referrals and coordinated services, families can access the tools they need to reduce stress, strengthen protective factors and create safer environments for children.

Winnebago, Boone, Stephenson, Davies, DeKalb, Washington, Bond, Madison, St. Clair, Randolph, Clinton, Monroe, Iroquois, Champaign, Douglas, Ford, Will, Grundy, Kendall, Kane and Cook

Families and Children in Treatment (FACT)
Brightpoint family stabilization services in Illinois include FACT, which helps mothers receiving Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) services access treatment, mental health support, trauma intervention, housing education and recovery support. Education and support are also available for the entire family.
We partner with Leyden Family Services and Mental Health.
FACT is offered in the following counties:
Northwestern Cook, McHenry, northern Kane, and northern DuPage
