Strengthening Families Through Home Outreach

Our in-home coaching to expectant parents and families with children birth to 36 months provide a strong foundation for children and families during the critical early years.

Our home visitors offer families guidance during and after pregnancy to improve child health and family wellbeing, nurture positive parenting skills, connect families with others in their community who are parenting young children, and link families to community resources—from assistance with basic needs to medical care.

Services are free and voluntary to all families.

Who We Serve

We partner with expectant parents and families with children from birth to 36 months. Our goal is to ensure that all families have access to the support, resources, and connections they need to thrive. Through partnerships with school districts, child care programs, shelters, child welfare agencies, healthcare providers, and community organizations, we help connect families to voluntary home visiting services tailored to their strengths, needs, and goals.

 

What We Provide

  • Fun parent-child activities to promote learning and bonding
  • Support developing and achieving personal and family goals
