Brightpoint’s school-based behavioral health program in Chicago works with teachers, school staff and community mental health providers to support academic success and address barriers to learning. Our therapists also lead groups targeting issues like anger management and improving social skills.
Brightpoint Community Navigators partner with other organizations to bring resources (knowledge and physical) to students and families living in the Belmont Cragin neighborhood.
Services are not just offered to the students – but also grandparents and family friends who live in the Belmont Cragin neighborhood.
Community Navigators provide assistance and linkage to various community resources around the Belmont Cragin Area including medical, housing, food, financial, utilities, rent, credit repairs and mental health support.
