School-Based Behavioral Health
We provide behavioral health services to students in Chicago public elementary and high schools.
We provide behavioral health services to students in Chicago public elementary and high schools.
We work with teachers, school staff, and community-based mental health providers to improve students’ academic success by helping address any issues that may interfere with their ability to learn. Our therapists also lead groups targeting issues like anger management and improving social skills.
Brightpoint Community Navigators partner with other organizations to bring resources (knowledge and physical) to students and families living in the Belmont Cragin neighborhood.
Services are not just offered to the students – but also grandparents and family friends who live in the Belmont Cragin neighborhood.
Community Navigators provide assistance and linkage to various community resources around the Belmont Cragin Area including medical, housing, food, financial, utilities, rent, credit repairs and mental health support.
