Parents Care & Share can help by easing the stress and frustration that comes with raising children offering time and space for families to learn, listen, understand, and encourage one another.
Brightpoint’s Parents Care & Share program has groups throughout the Chicagoland area and central Illinois.
Find a Parents Care & Share group near you.
Not sure if one of the groups listed is a good fit for you? Call your nearest PC&S Regional Coordinator to find out which group might be best for you.
Groups are generally open to anyone who is parenting, such as biological parents, grandparents raising their grandchildren, single parents, stepparents, foster parents, other relative or nonrelative caregivers, or parents who do not have custody. Some groups only serve a specific type of parent, such as teen parents, parents of autistic children, or adoptive parents. No matter how often or how rarely you come to group, you are always welcome.
A Parents Care & Share group provides families with a place to take a break from the hard job of parenting, to feel safe discussing painful issues, to laugh over our mistakes, and to learn from—and give support to—others.
