We provide year-round counseling and community referrals to families who have children (ages 4–18) with a mental health concern and are living in Winnebago County or the Freeport School District.

Lo que proporcionamos

Services are offered in the home to children and families outside of school hours. Participation in this program is voluntary. There is no cost to the child’s family for our services. We may bill Medicaid (or an MCO) for some services when appropriate. We coordinate services with school faculty and teaching staff, and other relevant community providers to connect families with basic needs, atención médica, and other critical resources.
