Whatever It Takes – Virtual Run/Ride

There is no physical gathering for this event. It is a month-long activity that takes place on your own time throughout the month of October.

Why We Race

Brightpoint formerly Children’s Home & Aid is hosting a virtual fundraiser for the Bloomington Crisis Nursery. Opened in 1998, the Crisis Nursery serves children from birth through six years of age by providing holistic prevention and intervention services to families with young children who are experiencing a crisis. Services are free to anyone in need.

Top reasons families use our program include Abuse and Neglect Prevention, Mental Health, and Domestic Violence.

In the last year the Bloomington Crisis nursery has provided:

-8315 hours of care to 138 children from 95 families
-91,655 diapers
-4,228 packages of wipes
-537 cans of formula

Registration Fees

Join us at our Swag Pick-Up Event on Monday, October 16th from 5-7pm at Keg Grove Brewing Company – 712 E. Empire St. Suite 2 Bloomington, IL 61701. All are welcome to attend, but only registered participants will receive swag.

NOTE: All biking and running to take place on your own during the month of October 2023.
